Places are limited and released in two stages. Here is how to secure one.

How Registration Works

  1. Stage One

    Early Bird

    13 to 20 September 2026

    Limited release.

    • Open to everyone.
    • First come, first served.

  2. Stage Two

    Invitation Round

    20 September to 1 October 2026

    The main release. Places are allocated by invitation.

    • Invite codes are issued to individuals and to partner institutions. Our speakers and committee members each hold codes to pass on.
    • A code entitles the holder to register during this window.
    • Scholarship applications are open throughout the round.

27 to 29 November 2026

The first places are released on 13 September 2026. Registration runs in two stages: an early bird release from 13 to 20 September, open to everyone on a first come, first served basis, and an invitation round from 20 September to 1 October.

Not for the early bird release from 13 September, which is open to everyone. The invitation round that follows on 20 September is code-only.

Codes are issued to individuals and to partner institutions, and our speakers and committee members each hold codes to pass on. A code lets the holder register between 20 September and 1 October. There is no separate application to complete.

Scholarship applications run alongside the invitation round, opening on 20 September 2026 and closing on 1 October.
