The Company is not established or conducted for private gain. Any surplus or assets are applied principally for the benefit of the community. The Company’s assets are subject to a statutory asset lock, which restricts the transfer of its assets other than for full consideration or to another asset-locked body.
The Company’s objects are to carry on activities which benefit the community and in particular to provide benefit to students and young people by advancing education through the organisation of conferences, lectures and discussions featuring academics, policymakers and public leaders, promoting informed debate and understanding of public policy and international issues.
The Company files an annual community interest company report (Form CIC34) with its accounts, which is available on the public register.

This legal notice and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with it are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. Where tickets or other services are sold to consumers, this does not affect any mandatory rights consumers may have under the law of their country of residence.
